A procurement-heavy organization managed tenders through spreadsheets and email. Vendors lacked visibility into bid status. Clients couldn’t track submissions. Internal teams spent hours on manual follow-up.

I led the design and development of a custom tender management platform that digitized the full lifecycle:
Role-based dashboards for Clients, Vendors, and Procurement Agents
Real-time status tracking — Pending, Open, Under Review, Awarded
Secure document handling for bids and procurement files
Automated workflows from submission to awarding
The frontend was built with Bootstrap and jQuery for a clean, responsive interface. The backend was architected in .NET with MSSQL, optimized for complex queries and role-based access control.

A transparent, auditable system that replaced manual processes. Vendors now self-serve. Clients track submissions in real time. Internal teams focus on evaluation, not chasing paperwork.
