This organization needed a structured way to manage internal procurement requests. The existing process was informal — emails, verbal requests, scattered notes. There was no tracking, no accountability, and no visibility into pending or completed requests.
Approvals were delayed. Vendors waited. Internal stakeholders grew frustrated.

I co-developed a multi-role procurement platform from scratch, responsible for:
Frontend (solo):
Architected the entire responsive UI using jQuery and Bootstrap
Built tailored dashboards for Clients, Procurement Agents, and Vendors
Designed real-time status indicators and request tracking interfaces
Backend (collaborative):
Contributed to .NET API development and MSSQL database design
Implemented granular role-based permissions
Automated status workflows: Pending → Approved → Completed
